Terms & Conditions

1. Overview & Agreement to Terms

Welcome to CatMaxing (referred to as "we", "us", "our", or "Ballerina Hair"). By accessing or purchasing from our website at catmaxing.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Return Policy.

If you do not agree to all terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the website or use any of our services.

2. Luxury Product Descriptions & Accuracy

CatMaxing specializes in 100% Remy human hair wefts, seamless clip-ins, tape-ins, and professional hair care treatments. We take pride in presenting our items as accurately as possible. However:

• Color Representation: Because screen calibrations, display profiles, and lighting conditions vary across monitors and mobile devices, hair shade tones may appear slightly different in person. We provide multi-angle gallery photos, shade charts, and color consultation assistance to help you pick the best match.
• Natural Virgin Hair Characteristics: Because 100% human hair is an organic fiber, minor variances in hair texture, strand thickness, and natural undertones may occur from batch to batch.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on catmaxing.com are in United States Dollars (USD) unless explicitly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices or correct errors at any time prior to accepting an order.

Payments are securely processed via Stripe through 256-bit encrypted SSL checkout. By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method and authorize us or our payment processor to charge the total amount of your order.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Supplier Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled directly through our dedicated boutique logistics networks and verified manufacturer suppliers to ensure fresh, direct-from-source luxury inventory.

• Dispatch Times: Orders typically process within 1–3 business days. Tracking details are automatically emailed and viewable on our Track Your Order page.
• Customs & Duties: For international shipments, local customs duties and import taxes may be assessed by the recipient's customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Hygienic Health & Safety Standards

Human hair extensions are classified as personal hygienic beauty products under federal and international health regulations. To protect the health and safety of all customers, products with broken security seals, tampered ties, or that have been worn, cut, dyed, or washed cannot be returned or resold. Please review our Refund Policy for detailed eligibility requirements.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, brand identity, trademarks, graphics, product photography, editorial copy, and code on catmaxing.com are the exclusive intellectual property of CatMaxing. Any unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or distribution is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CatMaxing and its affiliates, directors, officers, suppliers, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the installation, chemical treatment, coloring, or use of our products. Professional salon installation is always recommended for semi-permanent wefts and tape-ins.

8. Governing Law & Contact

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States.
